Christmas at the Princess

Each holiday season, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess comes alive with the spirit of Christmas. At the center of its ‘Christmas at the Princess’ wonderland is the incredible 40-foot Christmas tree in Princess Plaza which boasts 65,000 LED lights that “twinkle and dance” to 10 different holiday songs.
In addition, the resort also offers guests the chance to experience

- Strolling carolers every Friday and Saturday evening beginning November 30 – December 24, 2012

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is the host hotel for the Fiesta Bowl and is also in close proximity to the Insight Bowl. The dates for this season's bowl games are:

Waste Management Phoenix Open
The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is proud to host one of the finest events on the PGA Tour for the 25th consecutive year. This year's Waste Management Phoenix Open (formerly the FBR Open) Golf Tournament will take place on January 28- February 3, 2013. This year will mark the 77th anniversary of the Waste Management Phoenix Open, making it one of the five oldest events on the PGA tour. Our resort provides the perfect setting for this spectacular PGA Tour event, which is known among golf fans and pros alike as the “Greatest Show on Grass.” As the host hotel for the Waste Management Phoenix Open tournament, our resort is all about golf during the weeklong extravaganza of festivities. We’re conveniently situated adjacent to the site of the tournament, the Stadium Course of the TPC Scottsdale, and steps from a wide array of entertainment and charitable efforts that surround this annual event.
