  • Parking & Admission

    Self-parking: $55 per personal vehicle
    Valet parking: $85 per personal vehicle
    Ride sharing or walking in: $20 per person

    General admission includes up to six Attraction Wristbands per vehicle (equal to number of occupants) and includes access to Princess Express Trains, Copper Canyon Village Light Show, Enchanted Plaza Experience, 4.5 Million Holiday Lights, Holiday Characters, Nativity Garden, S'mores Land Family Campfires, Christmas Carousel, Ice Slide and Ferris Wheel. Additional fees for Photos with Santa, Desert Ice Skating Rink, Build-A-Bear Workshop and Rink-side VIP Fire Pit rentals. Please note that credit and debit cards are accepted; no cash is accepted. Cash is accepted for parking and at our outlets.

  • Dining Experience

    Dine and spend $75 per vehicle at any of the resort’s outlets, including Bourbon Steak, Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar, La Hacienda and Ironwood American Kitchen, and receive:

    • Complimentary General Admission and access to rides and attractions for dining guests
    • Complimentary Valet Parking
  • Overnight Guests

    The best way to enjoy Christmas at the Princess is to stay at the resort overnight with a holiday package. All holiday packages include:

    • Complimentary General Admission to Christmas at the Princess festival
    • Up to 2 Adult and 3 Child passes, providing ‘VIP lane access’ to select Christmas at the Princess attractions
    • One-hour early access to designated festival amenities

  • Rinkside Fire Pit Rentals

    For the ultimate experience at the Desert Ice Skating Rink, luxury rinkside fire pit tables with s’mores and blankets are available for evening sessions. One Valet Parking Voucher, General Admission and VIP Express Passes for guests registered at fire pit also included.     Best time to visit?

    Early in the season and weekdays throughout the festival tend to be lighter in attendance. Be sure to check the Christmas at the Princess calendar for all the special events to make your visit even more special!

    Dining at the Princess

    Dining at the Princess is a must on Santa’s list! Reservations are highly recommended for dining at Bourbon Steak, La Hacienda and Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar, as outlets do reach capacity during the holiday season. Ironwood American Kitchen is walk-in only and no advance reservations are needed. To make a reservation, call 480.585.2694.

    North Pole Weather

    Just as we do at the North Pole, please check the weather before you get in your sleigh! Scottsdale nights are known for being beautiful, but if wintery weather does come our way, the festival will continue. Please plan accordingly.

    Rinkside Fire Pit Rentals

    The ultimate luxury experience and are very popular! Be sure to reserve yours in advance above. Another Santa favorite is roasting marshmallows at the campfires in S’mores Land!

    Dine in one any of the resort’s restaurants, and with a $75 spend, receive complimentary valet parking and admission for up to six people! Or, spend the night with a holiday package and enjoy VIP early access to all of the attractions.
