Treat yourself with seasonal favorites including homemade pie and hot cider, as you relax in socially distanced seating areas. Let the fall spirit continue, and pick a pumpkin to bring home. Pumpkins available for purchase in various sizes. Make sure to say hello to Patches, the friendliest scarecrow you'll ever meet. And last but not least, don't forget to take a family photo at the Great Pumpkin farm truck!

Warm up at a fire pit and toast a gooey marshmallow for your little one's first s'more. Be careful not to get lost through the multi-acre labyrinth hay maze! And thrill seekers this is your happy place. Take your turn on festive rides, including:

  • Yo-Yo Swing Chair - Like the fanciful flight of a whirlwind, to Yo-Yo spins riders through the sky, creating the ultimate feeling of freedom. Must be at least 42" tall to ride
  • Spidermania - A one-of-a-kind children's swing ride that features three individually spinning arms. Must be at least 36" tall and less than 150 lbs. to ride
  • The Sizzler - Hang on tight! This spinning ride features spinning seats as the center of the ride also rotates! Must be at least 42" tall with an adult and 52" tall if riding solo
  • Super Slide - With 3 lanes and more than 90 ft. long, this isn't your regular playground slide! Race you to the finish line! Must be at least 42" tall to ride

As the sun begins to set on the evening sky, the resort's Sunset Beach begins to shine with the launch of water lanterns. Each guest receives their own lantern to decorate with messages of hope, healing, love and peace. Guests will launch their lanterns with others in a ceremony as we light the water with hope and connection for the community. Ceremony running continously throughout the evening.

What is the best way to dress for Pumpkin Nights #AtThePrincess?

Pumpkin Nights at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is a casual, family-oriented environment. We suggest you dress comfortably, wear good walking shoes and check the local weather report before you leave to plan well for the evening. During fall nights, it sometimes cools off where a light jacket or wrap might be needed. Review all of our information above to prepare for a fun-filled visit to the Princess! Ensuring that our events are family friendly is an important part of the Fairmont experience. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion and common sense when choosing attire.

Appropriate Attire

Attire must be appropriate for a family friendly Five Diamond resort atmosphere which includes but is not limited to:
  • •Costumes may be worn by Guests 14 years of age or younger.
  • •Costume masks may be worn by Guests 14 years of age or younger as long the mask does not cover the entire face and eyes are visible.
  • •COVID-19 protective masks: Event attendees must comply with the mask guidelines posted throughout the event for COVID-19 protection and/or medical purposes.
  • •Clothing that does not display objectionable material, including obscene language or graphic imagery.
  • •Clothing that does not, by nature, expose excessive portions of the skin.
  • •Appropriate footwear must be worn in all event locations.
Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into, and/or removed from, the event, unless his or her costume can be modified to meet the above standards.
