Policies

  • 7 day advance notice required. Well & Being Spa accepts a limited number of applications per day. Blackout dates may apply.
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior the the start time of your service to ensure proper check-in.
  • We honor 72-hour change or cancellation policy, any changes made inside that timeframe are subject to additional charges.
  • We are an 18 and over facility, as minors are not permitted to use the facilities.
  • Please make us aware of any allergies, sensitivities or recent surgeries.
  • No outside food or beverage is allowed, per state health regulations.
