    Aerial Hammock Yoga

    Utilizing a fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling, this unique yoga practice allows you to overcome gravity as you glide and release into each pose. Our instructors guide you through each pose safely.  

    Aqua Fitness

    Complimentary to all Hotel/Spa guests. Meet at the Sunset Beach Pool. A low impact workout, energetic water and resistive toning techniques coupled with aerobic maneuvers. Wear swimwear, all levels (weather permitting)

    Booty Barre

    A unique and effective fitness class combining techniques of Pilates and Yoga. Upper body strengthening using small weights, Lower body strengthening & lengthening using Bender Ball and Bands. Exercises are designed to tighten, tone muscles and  without adding bulk, helping to create balance, posture, body awareness, flexibility and improve cardiovascular endurance. 

    Bungee Fitness

    A full body workout will have you soaring through the air, shredding inches and gaining strength while having fun!

    Deep Yoga Stretch / Meditation

    A very gentle stretch + yin yoga class consisting of postures on the floor that are held for an extended period of time (which helps improve flexibility) ending with a guided Meditation. Props may be used such block and straps.

    Hatha Yoga

    A balanced yoga practice that uses slow movements, focuses on proper alignment and breathing. 

    Kundalini Yoga

    A science of exercise designed to “fine tune the human potential” thru movement, breath, mental concentration and sound. Benefits include: Flexibility, Strength, Immune Boost and Overall Well Being.  75 minutes

    Mobility & Flexibility

    This class will let you explore effective mobility techniques and active stretches with a multi-planar approach, which will restore mobility and improve flexibility in the entire body.

    Pilates Mat

    A traditional mat class designed to introduce the basic principles of Joseph Pilates.  Essential and intermediate exercises to strengthen and lengthen, improving the posture and “powerhouse” using rollers, flex bands and circles.

    Restorative Yoga

    An opportunity to release physical & mental stress in the comfort of supported yoga postures. A range of yoga props as well as breath & relaxation guidance are used to contribute to a deep state of rest.


    A cardio workout on the stationary Star Trac Spinner bike. Classes are technique and terrains based and focus on sprints and climbs that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging. Wear athletic shoes.


    A energizing Spin class followed by a mix of 30 minutes of Pilates and Yoga movements. There is nothing better than the feel of sweat and toxins leaving your body from a great Spin and tightening up you core and increasing your flexibility from Pilates and Yoga!

    SurfSet Circuit

    A total body conditioning circuit class, utilizing the Surf board, weights, resistant bands, bosu ball and kettle bells.

    Tai Chi

    A noncompetitive, self-paced program of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

    TRX Fusion

    Suspension workout builds strength, flexibility, endurance and strengthens your core.  Bosu’s, dumbbells and resistance bands for a total body workout.   


    Alternating 30 seconds of TRX suspension strength exercises with 30 seconds of High impact Cardio moves!

    Wall Pulley Training

    Experience our unique suspension trainer class, utilizing a unique pulley system. This class lets you explore new dimensions of strength, mobility and stability while getting your heart rate up with dynamic and challenging intervals. Class is done barefoot to enhance stability and foot fitness. All levels are welcome.

    Wall Yoga

    With the use of straps and a harness attached to the wall you will perform the moves of regular yoga poses and also will incorporate some inversions.


    Challenging, advanced full body circuit workout with multiple styles that will benefit your total fitness levels & test your limits!

    Yin Yoga

    A deep yoga practice that works to open the body slowly with grounding postures, long holds and utilizing props to support the body. This practice is excellent for injuries, stiffness and increasing flexibility. You will feel relaxed and revitalized.
