Guest Rooms

"The best way to keep good acts in memory is to refresh them with new." - Cato the Elder
With the recent renovations of our Sunset Beach wing, Casitas and Fairmont Gold rooms, we are excited to share the next phase of our renovation on our remaining 458 standard guest rooms. Guest room renovations begin May, 2019 and will be completed September, 2019.

These newly renovated rooms will feature a contemporary, chic southwest design highlighted by soft, neutral desert colors providing an inviting retreat for all. Each new room will be equipped with today's most popular technology, including an Echo Dot featuring an "Ask the Princess" information menu for the assistance and convenience of our guests. The re-design will also include a full refurbishment of each bathroom. Polished stone will replace handmade Mexican tile and all bathtubs will be converted to large walk-in showers.

Princess Pool

"You're only one swim away from a good mood." - Unknown
In addition to the summer room renovations, the Princess Pool-the first of our six feature pools-will also undergo a complete transformation. The Princess Pool refresh will include expanded deck space, new whirlpool spa experience and the introduction of a new waterside cafe, meant to elevate beyond the traditional poolside bar.

This expanded food & beverage service will provide an additional breakfast and lunch outlet, perfect for larger groups and our leisure guests. Princess Pool renovations begin June, 2019 and will be completed September, 2019.

When you step into our newly renovated restaurant, you will be captivated by a warm yet contemporary space complete with modern lines and unexpected materials and textures such as blackened steel and crafted leather. Perhaps the most exciting additions are our brilliant new patio perfect for starlit dining and a sleek full-service bar as center stage.

Not to be outshined, the vibrant flavors and ingredients of Mexico are still in the spotlight. Classic favorites such as the Lobster Tacos have returned along with a fresh, new culinary lineup and a bold cocktail menu unlike any you've ever seen before.

Elevate Fairmont Gold Meeting Center

Fairmont Gold Meeting Center was re-designed to provide a unique, private venue for small premier meetings. Perfect for a small executive conference or social event, the space equips groups with exclusivity and modern new facilities while maintaining a strong sense of place in the desert. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding Arcadia bi-fold doors (with privacy blinds) are a key feature of the re-design and open up the space to a patio overlooking the beauty of TPC Scottsdale's Stadium Course with the majestic McDowell Mountains serving as the backdrop.

Modern Ironwood Meeting Room

Centrally located in the heart of the resort, the Ironwood Meeting Room provides another private event venue. Renovated with a new polished desert vibe, this room also features a modern sliding glass wall opening the space to Arizona's beautiful climate with views of the resort's pools and lush lagoon. Ironwood Meeting Room is located adjacent to Ironwood American Kitchen restaurant, providing the opportunity to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the restaurant's private dining space next door.
