Pumpkin Nights Safety Protocols

At Fairmont Scottsdale, we are committed to the responsible management of our newest event, Pumpkin Nights #AtThePrincess. We greatly appreciate the trust that the community has placed in our resort, and we look forward to welcoming you and your families with updated safety guidelines.
Safety protocols are designed to minimize risk for employees and guests alike. Employees must:
  • Check-in to be screened with temperature checks and health questionnaire before beginning their shift
  • Wear masks throughout entire duration of time on property
  • Receive extensive and regular safety training and supplies
Please review these guidelines prior to attending Pumpkin Nights. All guests must follow all posted instructions while visiting Pumpkin Nights #AtThePrincess.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED in all areas of Pumpkin Nights, including outdoor spaces for all guests over 6 years of age. Masks must cover both face and nose at all times. Masks may be removed while dining or drinking in an area with appropriate social distancing.
Limited Number Of People At Event
Fairmont Scottsdale will be limiting Pumpkin Nights event to 40% of standard capacity. Reserve your tickets online here.
Extra Precautions
Highly frequented areas are set on enhanced commercial cleaning and sanitization cycles. Ride surfaces at Jack-O-Lantern Lawn remain on a deep cleaning schedule every 30 minutes.
Social Distance
Please maintain a 6-foot distance between groups you do not frequently associate with.
Stay Home If Sick
Visit Pumpkin Nights only if you are free of cold or flu-like symptoms and have not had any exposure to COVID-19 within the past 14 days. If you, or anyone in your group, has a fever, cough or other known COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you refrain from visiting the resort.
Hand Sanitizer Available
Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the event. Guests are highly encouraged to wash and sanitize their hands frequently to help prevent the spread of the virus.
By attending any public event, guests acknowledge they are voluntarily assuming some risk of exposure to COVID-19. While we continue to make every effort to do our part, it is important that each individual in attendance make good decisions to protect their own health and wellness. With Pumpkin Nights spread out across the property, an expansive 65 acres, and a limited amount of event attendees each evening, guests are provided with room to maintain a safe distance while enjoying Pumpkin Nights.
The resort has taken significant measures to provide a safe environment while providing guests the opportunity to enjoy fall outdoor fun for their families, and has abided by all safety protocols submitted and approved by the City of Scottsdale since opening on September 17. It is important that we all work together to enjoy this event safely. Please spread out over the property, enjoy the beautiful outdoors, wear masks over your mouth and nose at all times, and be thoughtful of your fellow friends and family.
