Giacomo Borgogno Wine Dinner

Giacomo Borgogno & Figli is one of the oldest wine producers in Italy, dating back to 1761. Borgogno uses grapes indigenous to the Piedmont region representing some of the best vineyards in the world, leading to prized notes and the winery’s legendary ties to Italy’s history. For instance, when the Unity of Italy came about in 1861, Barolo di Borgogno was the wine chosen from the winery to accompany the celebration lunch of Italy’s official unity. Throughout the years Borgogno has maintained traditional wine making methods producing pure wines free of additives.

Join Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess on April 14th at 6:30pm for a memorable Giacomo Borgogno wine dinner. Special guest speaker, Lorenzo Mattoni, a native of Italy and Italian wine specialist for Alliance Beverage will indulge attendees with informative wine knowledge. Rudd Oakville Estate Wine Dinner

Rudd Winery established in 1996 by Leslie Rudd stretches across 55 acres of the Oakville appellation in Napa Valley. The Vineyard focuses on crafting the very best wine by perfecting every step along the way from harvesting the vineyards to the moment the bottle is opened and poured into a glass.

Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess invites you to attend a special Wine Dinner on May 14 at 6:30pm. The dinner will feature a four course menu accompanied by Rudd Oakville Estate’s high quality wines. Oscar Henquet, wine specialist and managing director for Rudd Oakville Estate will be in attendance. Seasonal four course menu with Rudd wine pairings to come soon.

Cocktail Classes

Join our lead Mixologist for an interactive spirits course on the first and third Thursday of every month from 6:00pm to 7:00pm in the bar and lounge. $20 per person includes light canapés, three craft cocktails and 20% off any additional menu or beverage items ordered in the restaurant or bar pre or post class.
