Cocktail Classes

Join our lead Mixologist, Matthew Doerr, for an interactive spirits course on the first and third Thursday of every month from 6:00pm to 7:00pm in the bar and lounge. $20 per person includes light canapés, three craft cocktails and 20% off any additional menu or beverage items ordered in the restaurant or bar pre or post class. 

NATIONAL BOURBON HERITAGE MONTH

Throughout the month of September come in to Bourbon Steak to celebrate National Bourbon Heritage Month. Our lead mixologist has crafted a tantalizing bourbon cocktail for the occasion. Bourbon flights will also be available for those looking to experience the different flavor ranges of the spirit. Then to truly top of the experience, Executive Chef Chris Curtiss has perfected Bourbon Chicharonnes to brilliantly pair with the month’s main event, bourbon. Your palate won’t want to miss this tasty event be sure to enjoy before October 1, 2014.
