Seasonal Dining Experiences at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

Cocktail Classes at BOURBON STEAK

Join our lead Mixologist, Matthew Doerr, for an interactive spirits course on the first and third Thursday of every month from 6:00pm to 7:00pm in the bar and lounge. $20 per person includes light canapés, three craft cocktails and 20% off any additional menu or beverage items ordered in the restaurant or bar pre or post class.

HAPPY HOURS

La Hacienda- Join us from 5 to 6 pm daily in the bar and lounge for $3 Tacos – grilled skirt steak, braised chicken, pork shoulder, adobo-spiced fish. $6 La Hacienda Margaritas made with Gold tequila, Triple Sec and fresh lime juice.

Bourbon Steak- From 5:00pm to 6:00pm, Tuesday – Sunday take a seat at our bar or terrace for happy hour specials. Enjoy 50% off select bar menu items.

Lunch & Enlighten at Well & Being Spa 

Start the weekend off on the right foot; experience a healthy spa lunch with a fun and informative talk from the spa’s “Good Life” team of fitness, nutrition and beauty experts. You’ll also enjoy access to the spa facility, pool and exercise classes for the entire day, all starting at just $50.
