Summer Cocktail Classes at Bourbon Steak
Join our lead “Libation Master” Chad Elsner for an interactive spirits course on the first Thursday of every month from 5:30 to 6:30pm in the bar and lounge. $25 per person includes light canapés, three craft cocktails and 20% off any additional menu or beverage items ordered in the restaurant or bar pre or post class.
Monthly Tasting Menu
Award-Winning Executive Chef, Chris Curtiss, offers a monthly five-course tasting menu featuring the season’s freshest produce with a focus on locally sourced ingredients. Hand-selected wine pairings by our resident Sommelier are also available to accompany this seasonal pre-fixe. Cost is $85 per person and an additional $39 per person for wine pairings.

Available for purchase for $29 at Leisure Services for children ages 6-12. The daily pass includes: breakfast at Ironwood American Kitchen from the kid’s menu;
Lunch at Trailblazers Kid’s Club, any of our pools or Ironwood American Kitchen’s kid’s menu; dinner at The Grill, Ironwood American Kitchen or La Hacienda from their kid’s menus and one ticket for a kid’s beverage at the South Pool for our Dive-In Movie.
