Fifth Annual Nightmare on Princess Drive  – Join the Plaza Bar on Friday, October 31, 2014 from 9p.m. - 2a.m. for a "Classic Tales of Horror" Halloween bash you won't want to miss. Enter the haunted hotel to witness walking-dead waiters in Victorian garb, serving martinis through a murky 1880s London fog. To help set the stage, tantalizing potions will be served including the Ripper poured from The Plaza Bar’s celebrated “black handle,” Wolfsbane and Penny Dreadful.

Like a classic horror novel, The Plaza Bar’s fire pit patios will be transformed with creepily elegant amber lighting, haunting crows in birdcages and cob-webbed candelabras. “Livening” things up, DJ Pulse will mix the best lounge and dance music. A costume contest at the bewitching hour of midnight brings a coffin full of prizes including resort vacations, dinners at Bourbon Steak and La Hacienda and gift certificates to Well & Being Spa.

Admission to the party is complimentary. Guys and ghouls can also R.I.P. in comfort with a reserved table with bottle service by calling The Plaza Bar at 480-419-3190. Event parking is $10 for self-parking and $12 for valet.  Special overnight room rates for October 31 start at $149 per night, plus $29 resort fee and taxes.
