Craig enjoys physical and  mental challenges, which makes him a great guy to have on your team whether you are running a race or trying to outrace unhealthy lifestyle habits. With more than 15 years of experience in Sports Medicine centers and as an Exercise Physiologist in professional training facilities, Craig has had enormous success with clients ranging from weekend warriors to elite athletes. SIERRA RAMM

Sierra makes it impossible not to love yoga.  Simply impossible because she makes it fun.  Of course she could dazzle you with mind-blowing poses or meditative mantras, but that’s not her goal.  Ranging from SUP (Stand Up Paddle boarding) yoga, to laughter yoga, to ballet and aerial hammock yoga, her teaching style is eclectic, energizing and fun, allowing every student to find their passion in their own practice.

DEBBIE PUSKAR,  LEAD FITNESS SPECIALIST

Debbie is a triple threat.  She is versatile, relatable and yes…she is very fit.  With more than 20 years in the Fitness field, Debbie has continued to find fresh new ways to challenge bodies, ranging from SurfSET Fitness to TRX Suspension training. In addition to teaching a variety of Strength Training classes, she is Aqua certified, teaches Reebok cycling, Zumba and is a certified Personal Trainer (ISSA), which means that on land, water or on a bike, she’s going to give you a work-out to remember.  But her true gift is being able to connect with each person by earnestly understanding their goals and their lifestyle, as her  motivation to get into the best shape of her life was simple:  she wanted to be a great role model for her family.
